I just posted the rest of my list. There were plenty of great objects that I had completely missed. Hammer has also taken your advise and is going to set up a poll to pick the best ones. When AFI gets around to doing their own list I'd be willing to bet that Rosebud and the ruby slippers will be #s 1 and 2.

Yes, it'd be hard to top those two. Funny, though -- I wonder if I asked the next 100 people I saw what "Rosebud" means to them, how many would say anything about Citizen Kane?
