This is the Swiftel default personal web page.
You can access your web site by logging in to ftp.brookings.net via ftp or an ftp client (like ws_ftp, for example).
The you'll notice a directory named public_html once you are logged in. This is your root directory, and it is where this file is located.
This file is named index.html. You will need to name your main page index.html in order for your web site to load.
There are many web editors you can use that will create a web page for you (MS Word, MS Frontpage, MS Publisher, Dreamweaver, etc.)
