  • Block 900...prevents any 900+ calls from being made on your phone line.
  • Block 3rd Number Billing...helps prevent calls made from another location charged to your number.
  • Collect Block...helps prevent anyone from charging a call collect to your phone number.

Wire Maintenance Options

Problem Solver Plus - $1.50/month

If you call us when you are having trouble with your phone service and our technicians diagnose that the trouble is caused by your inside wire, jacks OR your equipment, we repair the inside wire or jack and you pay nothing for the service call.* Repair of anything other than inside wire or jack (i.e. phone, modem, fax) is extra.

Problem Solver - $1.00/month

If you call us when you are having trouble with your phone service and our technicians diagnose that the trouble is caused by your inside wire or jacks, we repair the inside wire or jack and you pay nothing for the service call.* However, if the trouble is caused by your equipment (i.e. your phone, modem or fax) you will be subject to a $22 minimum service call charge. Plus, repair of anything other than inside wire or jack is extra.

* In the event of malicious or negligent damage, the perpetrator is liable for repair charges. Telephone wiring must meet the National Electrical Code material standards.
