Rules for Swiftel Communications User Names:
User Names are also the same as email addresses and are used by our customers with a password to gain access to the Internet if you're on dialup, and email if you're on DSL.

Rules for User Names are:

• All usernames are case-sensitive and MUST be all lowercase and no uppercase will be allowed.


• Must be made up of alpha numeric characters. The only non alpha-numeric characters that can be used is a underscore(_).


• Spaces cannot be used.


• Cannot start or end in a (_)
• Cannot start with a number.


• Maximum of 32 characters long. Minimum of 2 characters.


• Cannot contain offensive words or remarks.


• Cannot be an existing User Name.

Changing your Swiftel Communications User Name and/or password:
Unfortunately at the moment there is no way for you directly to change a your username or password over the internet however if you stop into our main offices at 415 4th St. Brookings, SD Or call (605) 692-6211 and ask for Customer Service they will be able to help you change account information.
